Third-party developers had news to share about Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons and released an expansion for a relevant aircraft.
Leonardo launched an expansion for its popular Fly the Maddog X add-on featuring the McDonnell Douglas MD-83 and MD-88 versions of the vintage airliner. It's currently available on Simmarket for $26.93 plus applicable VAT including the following features.
- JT8D-219 engines with specific and accurate flight dynamics.
- Additional fuel tanks and Aux Fuel Pump system for the MD-83, with accurate burning schedule.
- Automatic fuel balance system.
- Updated load manager tool for fuel/load and route planning.
- Updated MD-83 and MD-88 virtual cockpit, with specific MD-83 and MD-88 systems, instruments, and switches.
Big Radials released a single screenshot of its Noorduyn Norseman bush plane. The aircraft is undergoing final testing and release is just a couple of weeks away. It certainly comes with a "big radial."
MSK Productions shared more progress made on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (VABB) in India.
Last, but not least, BorneoWonder Sceneries teased Kuching International Airport (WBGG) in Malaysia with a couple of screenshots. It's worth mentioning that this is completely separate from the version recently released by Top Secret Studio.
