Best Way and Fulqrum Publishing have announced the Men of War 2 release date, with the long-awaited RTS finally slated to release next month.
Men of War 2 officially launches on May 15th, according to an announcement on the game's Steam page. This news comes following a delay put into effect last year in order to address player feedback from public playtests held over the spring and summer.
It's also worth pointing out that Best Way is based in Ukraine, and that the ongoing invasion of that country by Russia is another reason that Men of War 2 hasn't been able to make its previously-announced release dates.
In the release date announcement, Best Way and Fulqrum note that the new release date falls on the tenth anniversary of Men of War: Assault Squad 2's launch, which the studios hope will make the launch of the new game "a birthday party you will not soon forget".
The two studios also promise more information on what you can expect from the single-player portion of Men of War 2 soon, having already released a deep dive into the game's multiplayer modes last week.

If you're unfamiliar with Men of War 2, it's the latest entry in the classic Men of War RTS series, which began all the way back in 2004 with Soldiers: Heroes of World War II.
The new game was originally announced in 2021 and was slated for a 2022 release, but was delayed numerous times owing to technical issues and Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
