Nintendo has announced that another Kirby game is making its way to Nintendo Switch Online in the form of Kirby & the Amazing Mirror next week.

The Game Boy Advance platformer will arrive for everyone with the service's Expansion Pack addon next Friday, bringing more super-cute Kirby shenanigans.

It'll join other GBA games like Fire Emblem, the Super Mario Advance titles, and Mario Kart Super Circuit

More Game Boy Advance games are slated to arrive on the service soon, including throwback RPG Golden Sun and racer F-Zero Maximum Velocity.

Originally released in 2004, Kirby & the Amazing Mirror breaks with tradition somewhat when it comes to Kirby platformers, taking on a more non-linear structure and emphasizing exploration.

The game sees Kirby attempting to save Meta Knight from the clutches of Dark Meta Knight (don't worry, you're not going to need to know the story to play this one).

You can play through Kirby & the Amazing Mirror solo, but you can also call on up to three friends to help you.

The Nintendo Switch Online version of the game supports local multiplayer, too, so you don't need to worry about fussing with link cables or wireless connections.

In addition to the standard mode of play, Kirby & the Amazing Mirror also features three minigames you can check out, just in case you want a break from the platforming action.

They include a food-eating contest (for what Kirby game would be complete without one?), a rock-breaking game, and a Kirby Air Ride-style racer.

Kirby & the Amazing Mirror joins Nintendo Switch Online via the Expansion Pack on September 29th.

As well as GBA games, the Expansion Pack also grants access to Switch Online's N64 and Genesis lineup, plus various pieces of DLC like the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass and Splatoon 2's Octo Expansion.
