Bandai Namco has announced the Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash release date.
The two-on-two anime fighter, which is an adaptation of the popular occult fantasy manga and anime series, will launch across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch on February 2nd.
As well as announcing the release date, Bandai Namco has also revealed a brand new trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash.
The new trailer shows several previously-announced characters, including Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Panda, doing battle in 2-versus-2 Cursed Technique fights.
We also get to see some of Cursed Clash's online co-op and customization systems, the latter of which will let you trick out your characters with different aesthetics to stand out from the crowd.
According to the new trailer, Cursed Clash will feature stories from "Curse Womb Must Die", "The Origin of Blind Obedience", and the prequel series Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
A Deluxe Edition of Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash will also be released, and it'll include some extra goodies.
Along with the game, you'll also get the "Jujusta 2024" baseball minigame, as well as extra DLC, which will be released at an unspecified date.
If you pre-order the game, you'll get the Jujutsu High First-Year Outfit Set, giving you even more options when it comes to cosmetics.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash was originally announced back in July this year. It'll be the first major Jujutsu Kaisen videogame to launch on PC and consoles (assuming we're not counting the Ninjala collab, of course).
A free-to-play mobile RPG, Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade, is also scheduled for release sometime this year in Japan. There's no word on when that will launch or whether it will come to the West, however.
In any case, Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash launches for PC, PlayStation consoles, Xbox platforms, and Nintendo Switch on February 2nd. Stay tuned for more on this one.
