Today Microsoft and Turn-10 released a rather extensive gameplay video of their upcoming racing game Forza Motorsport.
The footage focuses on the first early races that you'll have to tackle when you start the game. Of course, the very first is on the super-classic fictional Maple Valley circuit, which is a staple of the series.
On top of that, we also get to see races at Hakone Circuit and the Grand Oak Raceway, both of which are also fictional, despite the fact that Hakone is a real-world location in Japan.
Interestingly, the video also shows the driver customization and the choice of the initial car, on top of the ability to check out the competition before a race.
You can watch the gameplay below and see if it manages to impress you.
Forza Motorsport will release on October 10, 2023, for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
The game brings back the main Forza franchise focusing on classic track racing after quite a few years and two releases focusing on open-world driving with PlayGround's Forza Horizon sister franchise.
Speaking of tracks, we also saw a series of trailers revealing some of the game's locations. You can watch the first three videos focusing on Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, Road America, and Eaglerock Speedway, the fourth showing Grand Oak Raceway, and the fifth showcasing the Circuit International de la Sarthe in Le Mans.
But that's not all. You can also enjoy the sixth showing Maple Valley, the seventh focusing on Suzuka, the eighth and ninth showing off Silverstone and Mugello, the tenth displaying Spa-Francorchamps, two more revealing the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and the Virginia International Raceway, the thirteenth focusing on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the fourteenth showing off the Homestead–Miami Speedway, and the fifteenth showing off the Laguna Seca Raceway.
