Faeria hit Steam only a few days ago, but the developers already are looking at the future of this interesting Collectible Card Game. Abrakam announced the first expansion to be released for Faeria: Adventure Pouch: Oversky. This expansion will feature brand new cards, cosmetics, and even a co-op mode and it's now available to pre-purchase.

The release of the Adventure Pouch is expected for this summer. Players can pre-purchase the expansion until May 9th to receive exclusive rewards, including 6 cards, an exclusive card back and a chance to win an Alienware branded laptop. Players will also be able to unlock new stuff to be added to the expansion by playing the game. Every gold earned playing Faeria until the release of the Adventure Pouch, will contribute to the war effort. When certain thresholds are reached, new content will be revealed by the devs to be added to the expansion pack.

The most interesting feature of Oversky is arguably the introduction of a Co-op campaign. Faeria has a good deal of single player content for being a CCG. Mission packs can be purchased with in-game gold and they will put you against challenging AIs that present you with hard missions that will test your wits with situations that would never happen normally, like forcing you to draw a full hand of cards and then destroying your deck. The new mode will put you and a friend (or an AI controlled AI) against the evil Emperor of Mirnast, in a series of cooperative missions.

There are two purchase tiers available. The Pioneer Pouch ($9.99, $8.99 until May 9th) will give you access to the expansion content when it releases plus the aforementioned preorder bonuses right away. The Supporter pouch ($29.99, $24.99 until may 9th) adds to the deal a co-op adventure pack, featuring a minimum of 6 quest packs and an exclusive full cosmetic set.

You can play Faeria for free on Steam or iPad (Android version coming soon).
