Do you love House Flipper, but wish it was just a little more ambitious? Also, that it took place in ye olde ancient times and involved flipping entire kingdoms? Well, you're in luck. Castle Flipper lets you build, design, and maintain your very own kingdom, and it's coming later this month.
What is Castle Flipper?
Castle Flipper comes to us from Pyramid Games, which takes shelter under the increasingly large PlayWay simulator umbrella. It's a craftsmanship simulator in which you, a turn-of-the-18th-century craftsman, must design your own kingdom. To do so, you'll need to repair dilapidated structures, clean up messes, and decorate your castles and buildings according to your exacting specifications. You can check out the new release date announcement trailer for Castle Flipper right here.
As a craftsman in Castle Flipper, you'll be repairing and restoring medieval, renaissance, and baroque architecture to its former glory. Each quest in the game will task you with restoring a different structure or landscape, so you'll need to pay attention to what your clients want and how you can achieve it. Your scope isn't just limited to the kingdoms' castles; you can also design the gardens and surrounding environment, and even decide what shape and design the flags and pennants of the kingdom should have.
You'll be able to get your hands on Castle Flipper and start designing your very own ideal kingdom on May 27th. In the meantime, while you wait for the game (and draw your designs on graph paper), you can wishlist Castle Flipper on Steam. Here's hoping this paves the way for Country Flipper, Planet Flipper, and perhaps eventually Universe Flipper as well.
