Today Larian Studios published the "release trailer" of its upcoming RPG Baldur's Gate 3, showing a glimpse of what players can expect.
While the actual release is still a month away (or two, if you're on PS5), the trailer is still rather interesting, showing plenty of romance and... beyond romance. It also includes a couple of super-cute animals and some that aren't so cute.
Considering the content, Larian may be hinting at another kind of "release," in which case, well played. You can check it out below. You can also watch a much more extensive panel with gameplay livestreamed by Larian.
Baldur's Gate 3 will release on August 3 on PC. On the other hand, fans on PS5 will have to wait until September 6 for the console launch.
While Baldur's Gate 3 is coming to PC and PS5, Larian has previously mentioned that it isn't exclusive and an Xbox version is in the works, albeit it's taking time to clear some technical hurdles.
The game has been in early access for quite some time on PC. Baldur's Gate 3 will bring the Forgotten Realms setting back to video games, was initially partnered with Google Stadia and was supposed to launch on the cloud service before its predictable flop and closure.
If you'd like to see more, you can check out the previous trailer and footage from the PC Gaming Show, alongside plenty of information shared alongside the release date.
