Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight

Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight is the fourth installment in the Momodora series, developed by Bombservice and published by Playism. It is a sidescrolling 2D platformer in the Metroidvania style, with a heavy emphasis on reaction-based combat. The story follows the young priestess Kaho, who travels to the land of Karst to dispel an evil curse afflicting her home kingdom. A key gameplay mechanic is the ability to transform into a cat at the press of a button, in order to access narrow corridors and secret areas. Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight was originally released on PC on March 4th, 2016, then ported to PS4 and Xbox One in 2017 on March 16th and 17th, respectively.
