Kao the Kangaroo

Kao the Kangaroo is a 3-D Platforming adventure by developer X-Ray Interactive.

Originally released in Europe in 2000, Kao the Kangaroo has you play the titular Kao, who dons a pair of boxing gloves and must travel across several worlds defeating enemies and solving platforming puzzles.

Kao was brought to the US in 2001 by Titus Interactive and was released for the Sega Dreamcast and the PC. It would later get a unique Game Boy Advance port, which was more of a side-scrolling game than a 3-D platforming game. It has subsequently been released several times over the years, with a 2022 reboot also titled Kao the Kangaroo on the way.

The original Kao the Kangaroo is available for the PC, Dreamcast, and Game Boy Advance.
