You won’t have long to wait for your next free Epic Games Store title. 3D puzzler GNOG will be available via Epic’s launcher from August 8th.

GNOG‘s creators describe it as a “3D puzzle game set in a tactile world of toys and secrets”. The game contains a variety of monster heads, each of which can be interacted with in a different way. You’ll poke, spin, pull, and play with these monster heads and explore the hidden worlds within. GNOG is inspired by real-world toy designs, incorporating tactility and manual play into the video game space. Better still, GNOG is fully playable in VR. You can check out the trailer for Ko-Op’s game here:

If you still haven’t picked up your copies of Alan Wake and For Honor, don’t despair – both games are available to grab via the Epic Games Store until August 9th. Alan Wake is a horror-thriller inspired by the works of Stephen King and is still well worth checking out despite being nine (!) years old this year. For Honor is a pretty darn decent multiplayer hack-and-slash brawler with a surprisingly robust single-player campaign. Both of these games can be yours for the low, low price of free until August 9th, so snap ’em up.

As ever, to grab these games you’ll need a free Epic Games Store account. You’ll also need to download Epic’s launcher. If you’ve already done this, simply navigate to the game’s page and hit the “FREE” button. The game will be added to your library and you’ll be able to download it. If you’re still not crazy about Epic, GNOG is also available on Steam, as is Alan Wake and For Honor. Still, hard to turn one’s nose up at free games, no?

Will you be checking out GNOG when it’s free on Epic’s store? What free games would you like to see next? Let us know in the comments below!

Dark Souls changed my life, and I'm here to spread the good news. I like pretty much all sorts of games, but I judge everything by its proximity to our Lord and saviour, Dark Souls.
