Microsoft and Bethesda have released another trailer of the upcoming first-person shooter Redfall by Arkane Austin, focusing on one of its heroes.
We get to know Jacob Boyer, who used to be a military sharpshooter who moved on to join a PMC. The trailer provides a look at his backstory and then moves on to show gameplay.

Here's how Arkane officially describes Jacob.
"An ex-military sharpshooter turned private contractor. An encounter with a vampire god left Jacob with a mysterious vampiric eye, a spectral raven that’s never far from his side, and a ghostly sniper rifle."
This follows another trailer showing off another of the characters of Redfall, Layla Ellison. We're likely to see even more character trailer going forward, as we get closer to the game's release date.
Redfall will release for PC and Xbox Series X|S on May 2, 2023. Of course, being a first-party game, it'll release on day one on Game Pass for both platforms. We also recently learned that it willsupport cross-play.
