Game of Thrones Skirmish Tabletop Game Ends Kickstarter Campaign with Almost $2 Million

The Gamefound campaign for A Song of Ice and Fire: Tactics has officially ended with almost $2 Million raised.

About two weeks ago, CMON's crowdfunding campaign for A Song of Ice & Fire: Tactics went live. This Game of Thrones skirmish tabletop game was fully funded seven hours after going live. Now that campaign has concluded with almost $2 million raised.

According to its Gamefound page, A Song of Ice & Fire: Tactics concluded with $1,886,509 funded. That is 628.84% of its initial funding goal of $300,000.

In an update to the campaign, CMON made this statement:

As our crowdfunding campaign for A Song of Ice & Fire: Tactics draws to a close, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who supported us along this incredible journey. We are truly humbled by the outpouring of support from the community.

We'd also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the incredibly talented team behind the creation of this game. From the design and development teams to the illustrators, colorists, sculptors, writers, and graphic designers, we couldn't have done it without you!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone for joining us on this adventure. Your support means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing this journey together!

The update to this Game of Thrones skirmish tabletop game also reminds backers that all Daily Stretch Goals have been revealed for the Battle Beneath the Wall Skirmish Set and Terrain Pack. As the name implies, the pack includes miniatures and terrain featuring the Night's Watch and the Wildlings

A Song of Ice & Fire: Tactics is a tabletop skirmish game based on the fantasy novels by George R.R. Martin. Those novels were adapted into the HBO series Game of Thrones, and the Max exclusive prequel series, House of the Dragon. The series has also been adapted into several tabletop and video games.
