Modiphius' highly-anticipated tabletop RPG based on their already existing 2D20 System is finally available. Achtung! Cthulhu is an exciting RPG that mashes together the tales of pulp heroism of the WWII era, and the mind-bending cosmic horror of Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos.

Achtung! Cthulhu

The latest RPG from beloved creators Modiphius' is Achtung! Cthulhu, a mash-up between the dark and terrifying world of Lovecraft's most famous creation, and the adventures from pulp-novels popular in the early 1900s. The 2D20 System that will be the core of the game is very action-focused and cinematic and sounds like a perfect match for the sorts of adventures that will probably see players fighting off occult-spewing nazi's while they try not to be driven insane by a cosmic horror from outside the realms of time and space.

Achtung! Cthulhu will be available in a variety of bundles, a full suite of core books, and even new monthly missions to expand the world of the game. These monthly missions will include titles like Operation Vanguard, Under the Gun, and Seventh Inning Slaughter coming this April. There will also be two full campaigns, Shadows of Atlantis and Forest of Fear releasing later this year.

A Whole Heaping, Helping Of Core Books

The Achtung! Cthulhu Player's Guide is available as a PDF straight away, the Gamemaster's Guide and Complete Collection should hopefully be available within the month. If you want even more out of your Achtung! Cthulhu experience you can also get your hands on a very fancy GM screen with some beautiful art, and both opaque and translucent dice sets.

You can get your hands on the Players Guide at the Achtung! Cthulhu info page on Modiphius' website, as well as placing a pre-order for the other parts of the collection. Hopefully, we'll be hearing more about the other books in the collection very soon.
