Nintendo has announced a new Nindies Showcase, otherwise known as a Nintendo Direct focused on indies, will be taking place this Wednesday, August 30th.
You'll be able to tune in and see the video at 10 AM Pacific, or 1 PM Eastern, and it will be hosted on Nintendo's website. The video also links to its YouTube channel, and we've embedded the video below so it can be seen from this page. (Editor's note: link no longer active.)
The presentation will feature multiple indie games coming to the Nintendo Switch, but details beyond that are non-existent.
One announcement that would make sense is the release date for SteamWorld Dig 2, given that the game is supposed to arrive in late summer or early fall and will be launching day and date on Nintendo Switch with other platforms.
