More details regarding the upcoming third-person shooter MMO Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade have been released by developer Behaviour Digital. The developers announced the game's pricing and have released a new trailer in addition to revealing the game's publisher.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4gohTli1H0 The game, based off the popular high-fantasy tabletop game set in the distant future, is set on the planet Arkhona and has all the things you've come to expect from a Warhammer 40k game: brutality, uncompromising warfare and intense action. The game plans on delivering the most authentic Warhammer 40k experience to date and has more than twenty different sub-factions divided among 4 major factions (Terran Space Marines, corrupted Chaos Marines, the mysterious Eldar and the Orkish horde) and has players take on the planet's flora and fauna (including the Tyranids) and enemy factions in squad-based combat. The game will have hundreds of weapons to play with, as well as a range of iconic vehicles from the stories franchise.
If you can't wait until the summer to get your hands on the game you can instantly gain access to Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade's Early Access version on Steam. If you decide to buy the game before February 2, you will get a 20% discount. The game's price during Early Access is set at 49.99 with a 20% launch discount until February 2nd. You'll be able to play 2 factions: Space Marines (this includes the Dark Angels, Blood Angels and Ultramarines chapters) and the Chaos Space Marines (featuring the Word Bearers, Alpha Legion and Black Legion). Here is what their store page says is currently in the game's early access:

The developer has also announced that the game will be published by none other than BANDAI NAMCO's European division, and will debut on the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC at the start of the summer.

Quick Take
I've been waiting for something like this ever since I played Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. The game is looking decent enough, and if they deliver on half the things they've promised I'll be a happy man. All I want to do is purge some heretics or collect some skulls for the skull throne.
