A new 3DS experience is coming to the Legend of Zelda franchise in the announced Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. In this 3DS adventures, there seems to be multiplayer elements as well as costumes that Link wears to give him specific powers. There seems to be elements of Four Swords when taking a look at the game, at least at first glance. The game is more focused on multiplayer and co-op experiences as by the gameplay designer for the game. The game has a totem mechanic that let's you carry your friends around to get to new heights. You can play the singleplayer the same way, as the two other players are dolls that you can switch into. They indicated in the trailer that while they did consider a 4 player mechanic, it didn't work for the game, and decided to go with 3. Which makes a bunch of sense, given the Zelda Universe's affinity for the number 3. The game was announced along with Hyrule Warriors: Legends.
It's indicated in the trailer and gameplay that there's specific attention payed to fashion within this world. It was shown that there was a bomb suit, as well as some pajamas of some sort in terms of sleepwear. What in game effects it has is unknown at this point, as the characters that go into the dungeons have the blue, green, and red tunics like games of old. It's indicated that the game will be ready in Q1 of 2016.
More Information will be posted as TechRaptor finds out.
