Focus Entertainment helped open this year's Gamescom announcements during Opening Night Live with an all-new title from developer Saber Interactive - Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game.
Set to release in 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game's debut trailer shows off plenty of gameplay. While specific details remain sparse for now, players will get a handle on various vehicles to help them explore the terrain in what is being billed as a new take on the most advanced physics-based, off-road adventure.
Expeditions will allow you to plan your itinerary with your own reconnaissance drone, use a metal detector and camera to locate valuable equipment, and chart through vast landscapes with high-tech gadgets to reach greater heights or probe water depth.
Gameplay will also have you managing a camp by building research structures and hiring experts in order to unlock new skills and possibilities during your expeditions. A brief look at these mechanics can be seen in the world premiere trailer below.
