Developed by TamSoft and based in the Onechanbara universe, School Girl/Zombie Hunter has you play one of five teenage girls trapped in their school as a horde of undead surround the whole building, trapping the teenagers inside. The zombies are relentless, biting and clawing their way through the girls and shredding the girls clothing in the process, but you're not helpless in the least. A myriad of weapons, from pistols to rocket launchers, along with baseball bats and martial arts moves, help in fighting off the zombie hordes. You can also pick up numerous items such as grenades or trip-wires to take out massive amounts of the undead at once. You can even use your own clothing as a lure, throwing away cleaned pairs of underwear at the zombies to distract them momentarily while you escape a tight situation.
School Girl/Zombie Hunter features numerous gameplay modes, each of them short and sweet for that perfect "pick up and play" style of gaming. Kill a certain amount of Zombies within the time limit, snipe them from afar or even defending your home base are just some of the different modes of play. In total, 29 story missions and sixteen side-missions are available to play through on two difficulty levels, encouraging players to go through the game and achieve higher scores. Higher scores also means more grinding for better equipment and costumes, including weapons, hair colors, shoes and even underwear for your team of school girls. All of which can be mixed and matched as you see fit.
In addition to the game's story mode, you also have online multiplayer, which allows for up to five people to join together to take on the zombie hordes at once. Can you survive in a zombie infested school with nothing but a few guns and fresh pairs of underwear?
