Although only Game of Thrones is on GOG at the moment, more of Telltale Game's library is to come, with "... The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, and all seasons of The Walking Dead: A Telltale Games Series..." in the offing.

This has come to pass because Telltale Games has begun their initial voyage towards the realm of DRM-free gaming, as GOG.com has signed a "... publishing deal with the award-winning developer and publisher Telltale Games, set to cover past and future releases."

With Telltale Games now on GOG Galaxy, those who primarily support GOG will be able to eventually play the entirety of Telltale Game's library, with "... support for one-click installation, auto-updating, game time tracking, and achievements!" Essentially, these are all the same features of Steam, with the primary difference being that they are now in a DRM-free package. This isn't necessarily a bad thing at this point, as more choices are always a good thing, especially considering Valve Software's recent behavior.

Celebrating Telltale Game's decision to release their games on GOG, there will be a 40% discount for Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series that will last for around for a few days, from now "... until May 30, 12:59 GMT." This coincides with the launch of the fourth episode of the first season Game of ThronesSons of Winter.

The press release also notes that the deal includes "... upcoming day one releases." With the release of GOG Galaxy, it looks as though GOG will be making a larger play at the digital gaming market, with the 'Good Old' portion of its name just about run dry.
