Get ready to stand at the apex of society, as Alternate World Diego is heading to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R. The character will be the fourth DLC fighter offered as part of the game's Season Pass, and more info about his release will be forthcoming next month.

The Season Pass for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R already features fan favorite characters like Rudol von Stroheim and Keicho Nijimura, and now, you can add this version of Diego Brando to the list. Unlike his root world counterpart, Alternate World Diego wields the dreaded The World stand, beloved of the Brando line. Take a look at the fearsome Alternate World Diego in action here via his reveal trailer.

Diego Brando joins Risotto Nero, Rudol von Stroheim, and Keicho Nijimura as the fourth (and presumably final) character in the Season Pass for All-Star Battle R. The pass also includes new costumes and early access to the DLC characters, although all four of them can also be bought separately.

If you're not familiar with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R, it's a fighting game aiming to bring together the disparate casts of the different seasons of cult anime and manga hit JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The game originally launched as JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle in 2014, but this remastered version features new voiceovers, reworked mechanics like jump dashes and hit stops, and extra characters and stages.

We don't yet know when Alternate World Diego will grace JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R, but Bandai Namco is promising more information on June 12th, so be sure to keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, you can buy All-Star Battle R right now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The Season Pass is also available across all of those platforms.
