After a pretty tough couple of years getting hold of current-gen consoles, PS5 supply appears to be improving around the world. Sony has celebrated this boost with a brand new Live from PS5 trailer, which showcases many of PlayStation's upcoming and currently available titles.

In a new PlayStation blog post, Sony thanks fans for their patience amid "unprecedented demand" and "global challenges". A semiconductor shortage, the COVID-19 crisis, and other factors contributed to difficulty obtaining a PS5 for many months, but now, Sony says you "should...have a much easier time" finding one wherever you shop.

To celebrate the increase in worldwide PS5 supply, Sony has also created a new trailer that shows off some of the games you can buy for the console, or games you'll be able to buy soon. These include Ratchet and Clank: Rift ApartFinal Fantasy XVI, and more. You can check the Live from PS5 trailer out here.

The trailer is cut like a news show, with "reporters" bringing news about the antics of characters like Spider-Man, Kratos and Atreus, and Horizon's Aloy. It's essentially a sizzle reel for the PS5; now that more people can buy it, Sony likely wants to boost interest by showcasing what's available for the machine. It's a pretty impressive lineup, to be sure.

In the blog post, Sony also looks ahead to what's coming to PS5 in the next year or so. Games highlighted include the upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake, Final Fantasy XVI, and Marvel's Spider-Man 2, all of which are scheduled to arrive between March and September this year. Of course, there's also PlayStation VR 2, which will arrive on February 22nd alongside Horizon Call of the Mountain and several other launch games.

It's looking like a pretty packed year for Sony and the PS5, so stay tuned to TechRaptor for more news about Sony's console and all the games available for it.
