Remember Surgeon Simulator? That simple game about a heart operation that got expanded so much you ended up performing brain transplantation in space? In Surgeon Simulator 2 there'll now be up to four soon-to-be convicted of accidental manslaughter, and... necromancy? The gameplay trailer shows not only our four named main characters but the medical atrocities they're soon to be guilty of. From completely emptying Bob's chest of his innards to chopping off his limbs, reassembling him like a broken toy, and even room decoration with simple furniture. Because that sentence wasn't already weird to begin with.
