Starting now, Twitter is finally updating their Twitter app to what the beta testers were using and everyone thought was scrapped.

The update shows off their new Holo interface where you can easily swipe and switch between the Home, Activity, and Discovery tabs. Your Direct Messages are now at the top of the toolbar so you can easily get them now. You can also send photos in Direct Messages as well.

The notification features have also been updated allowing you to on get notifications of people that you follow and if you are feeling really stalkerish, you can now get push notifications of your favorite subjects people and go to their profile page and click the star.

For the people who were in the beta, there is one thing missing. The tablet optimized interface is still MIA, so hopefully it will be up soon enough.

If you app hasn't updated automatically, you can head to the Play Store and get the update.
