Whether you need to replace the old rig or purchase your first ever laptop for school, we've got you covered. This weekend includes HP's Back to School laptop sale with a great assortment of laptops to choose from. Other retailers are in on the discount fray with Lenovo and Adorama offering excellent options of 2-in-1 laptop/tablet hybrids.
These days, many laptop hunters will also be looking into a gaming-capable laptop in addition to a productivity machine. The good news? The budget conscious gamers can make it happen thanks to excellent pricing. The fact is, if the price is right you might as well purchase a good performance laptop meeting all your needs.
A good price point for a lower-end gaming laptop used to be at the $1,000 price point. These days, we're seeing prices as low as $590. Cue the HP 15 Touch with a quad Core i5 processor and a GeForce GTX 950M GPU for $589.99. By far, this is the lowest price ever for the HP 15 Touch with a gaming capable video card. In comparison, a similarly priced laptop at Dell will cost you $850.
