Unexpected Games have announced Voices In My Head. It is a comedic board game where you players take on the roles of different personality traits of a man on trial for a crime, fighting for control of how his testimony will go. In addition, another player takes the role of the prosecutor, trying to convince the jury that the man is guilty.
According to the game's official page, Voices In My Head plays out as follows. Each round begins with the prosecutor choosing a trial card. These cards tell the story of the trial, from presenting evidence to calling witnesses. From there the aptly named Guy's different personality traits, Selfishness, Honesty, Bravery, etc., place control markers on a map of Guy's brain. This will determine which player will speak for Guy. Each of these personality traits have their own hidden goals that they must fulfill in order to win. As this plays out, additional tokens are placed on jurors which will either help or hinder the court case going forward. Eventually, the case will end with either Guy being convicted and sent to jail or acquitted.

Voices in My Head can be played with 3-6 players of ages 12 and up. A single game can take one to two hours to complete. This is the second major project by Unexpected Games, a follow-up to their 90s-inspired cosmic horror comic book board game, The Initiative, which happened courtesy of a partnership with tabletop publishing giant, Asmodee.
As for when Voices In My Head will be available, that is a bit vague. Aside from an MSRP of $39.95, no concrete release date has been given aside from Q1 of 2022. It will be released in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Japanese, and Hungarian. Preorders are available both at local game stores as well as Asmodee's store page.
