Update 12/12/2016: Wizards of the Coast has published their Magic: The Gathering Daily Update article, which mentions this card from Aether Revolt and gives the English name and text. The card is called "Consulate Crackdown", and the text reads "When Consulate Crackdown enters the battlefield, exile all artifacts your opponents control until Consulate Crackdown leaves the battlefield".

The original story follows below.

Today, on December 12, 2016, the official French Wizards of the Coast Facebook page posted a video on the history of Kaladesh, the plane that sets the backdrop for the Kaladesh and Aether Revolt Magic: The Gathering sets. In that video, they debuted a new card from Aether Revolt, which can be seen below.

This enchantment, which has a casting cost of three generic and two white mana, has generated some confusion in the Magic: The Gathering community over the wording used on the card. The literal translation of the card is, "When Repression of the Consulate enters the battlefield, exile all artifacts your opponent controls until Repression of the Consulate leaves the battlefield", but as many people have noted (such as users Skios of MTGSalvation, and ubernostrum of reddit's Magic: The Gathering sub-forum) cards are typically worded for multiplayer formats - usually, "l'adversaire ciblé" (target opponent) or "vos adversaires" (your opponents) would be used, not "votre adversaire" (your opponent). It's entirely possible that the French translation team made a mistake in the template for Repression of the Consulate, but we won't know for sure until an official English version of the card is shown.

It should also be noted that this card is one of Wizards of the Coast's Story Spotlights, a designation given to certain cards which represent pivotal moments from the Magic Stories of that set. This is the first official Story Spotlight previewed to the community, as Wizards of the Coast has still not verified the leaks that occurred on December 6, 2016.
