The Op, formerly USAopoly, has announced a brand new line of board games based on the new adaptation of Stephen King's IT. The line of games will include several different adaptations of classic board games such as Monopoly and Clue (Cluedo outside of the US) as well as a brand new signature game called IT: Evil Below.

Coming this March is Clue: IT has you taking the roles of The Loser's Club as you travel around different locations in Derry, Maine to try and piece together Pennywise's plans and stop the evil force from destroying the lives of the townspeople. Players must uncover clues and avoid floating red balloons to stop the deranged clown monster from killing before he can get to you first. Featuring locations from the recent film including the Synagog, the town library and the abandoned house on Neibolt Street.

Later this year will also see the release of Monopoly: IT, putting a spin on the classic mechanics of the famous property buying game. Players will be represented by classic props from the film such as the inhaler, the paper boat, and the bicycle and they must build properties around the town of Derry. Also featured in the game are other famous locations to build on, such as Pennywise's Cistern and the Derry Sewers, and the classic chance and community chest cards are replaced by Encounters and Phenomena cards.

Finally IT: Evil Below will be a brand new, original dice and card game based on the film and will once again feature all the members of The Loser's Club working together to try and stop Pennywise. More details and a release date for the game will be announced later on this year.
