Bandai has announced  2 brand-new sets for the Naruto Boruto Card Game to be released this coming November. Set 3 will focus on the history of the Hokage, the leaders of the village hidden in the leaves in the popular Naruto anime. The set will include the famous leaders from the history of the village, including the first Hokage Hashirama Senju who is the featured Hokage on the set's box art. Set 4 will primarily feature masters and teachers in various combinations, as well as adding new characters and abilities. Each set will come with 54 cards each.

A brand-new tournament kit has also been announced for the upcoming organized play season, which will be available at brick-and-mortar locations. Each tournament set will include six new tournament packs, each with 2 cards inside, as well as 2 promotional posters. The new vol.2 tournament packs are a step up from the previous tournament packs which each only included a single card of a foil-reprint, meaning that the new sets will offer double the number of cards per tournament pack.

Along with the announcement of the new sets and the new tournament packs, Bandai also announced that they will be reprinting Set 1 and Set 2 from the original run. If you missed out on your chance to get your hands on them the first time around you'll get another chance, and with the new releases coming up it's the perfect time to make sure you're up-to-date on your collection. Both the two new sets and the tournament pack will be releasing in November of 2019. Each set will run you $17.99 each, and the tournament packs will only be available via the Organized Play Support System.
