Our first spoiler of the day is Consul's Power, a White Enchantment from Japanese website weibo.com (credit for translation goes to reddit user Homurayuki). Additionally, whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your opponents control, you gain one life.

Ian Duke, the Senior Game Designer at Research and Development, has yet another card to share, this time in a Wizards of the Coast article. Bomat Courier is a 1/1 Construct with a casting cost of one generic mana, and has the Haste ability. Whenever Bomat Courier attacks, you exile the top card of your library face down; by paying one Red mana, exiling Bomat Courier and discarding your hand, you can put all cards exiled by Bomat Courier into their owner's hands.

Duke's article also spoils the fourth and final Planeswalker for the Kaladesh set, Dovin Baan, who has a casting cost of two generic, one White, and one Blue mana and enters the battlefield with three Loyalty counters on him. His first ability, which gives him positive one Loyalty counters, gives target creature -3/-0 until your next turn; additionally, that creature's activated abilities can't be activated. His second ability, which cost one Loyalty counter to activate, gains you two life and lets you draw a card. His final ability, which costs seven Loyalty counters, gives you an emblem with "Your opponents can't untap more than two permanents during their untap steps".
