The world of tabletop gaming is becoming a bit more globally-minded recently. Maestro Media has officially partnered with the consulting group All About Games.

For those not aware, Maestro Media is a strategic product and business development firm. Their goal is to work with creators and entrepreneurs to help deliver new products and experiences to customers through positive brand sentiment. In addition, they provide those same creators with the tools to stay in active communication with these customers for feedback and support. Their experience spans multiple forms of media such as video games, television, film, publishing, even web, and mobile.

In fact, Maestro Media's biggest business success was helping the indie game developer, Edmumd McMillen, fund the Kickstarter campaign for his board game, The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem. This is especially impressive since that campaign concluded with $6.7 million earned, making it one of the top 20 best performing Kickstarter campaigns of all time.

Alternatively, All About Games is a consulting group dedicated entirely to the field of board games. The group is made up of board game marketing veterans with over 65 years of collective experience which allows them to assist with everything from manufacturing to distribution to marketing. If you need help finding a market for your board game, they'll find it for you.

A reprinting of the old cards and new pieces and merch? That's impressive.

This is important because it gives some context to their partnership with All About Games. In an official press release, All About Games stated that due to their success working with Maestro Media on source localization partners for The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem, helping expand the game's audience to eleven additional territories, that they are extending the partnership for more of Maestro Media's projects going forward.

“Because of the amazing and experienced team behind All About Games, we were able to achieve international growth we would not have seen otherwise around The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem,” said Javon Frazier, Founder, and CEO of Maestro Media. “The success of our initial collaboration is just beginning, as our massive partnership will include many exciting projects launching globally every year, and the most important part to us -- quality working relationship and collaboration -- has already proven to be unparalleled. Our two teams have already started ramping up on future projects with the goal of elevating Maestro as a true staple in the global tabletop gaming industry.”

In simplified terms, this means that more of Maestro Media's games will have a chance to reach more players and let them experience more diverse content. Overall, this is a major positive for all involved. Not only will this mean that The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem will be in good hands, but Maestro's other in-development projects with additional IP including Umbrella Academy, Tapeworm, and Sugar Heist.
