Square Enix is selling its Montreal studios and Crystal Dynamics to the Embracer Group, and rumor has it, Sony might be looking to acquire Square Enix next. In other news, the New York City Employees' Retirement System has sued Activision Blizzard, alleging that Bobby Kotick mishandled the negotiations surrounding the Microsoft acquisition.
