Xbox has revealed the second Xbox Game Pass November 2022 wave of games, and it's looking pretty solid. Whether you like sci-fi strategy, literary storytelling, or punky indie sports RPGs, there's bound to be something in this new lineup for you.
First up, it's Dune: Spice Wars, which is coming to Xbox Game Preview on PC on Thursday. Created by Northgard developer Shiro Games, Spice Wars casts you as one of Dune's factions vying for dominance over Arrakis. A free update is also arriving for the game on Thursday, bringing new buildings and more.
On the same day, you're also getting "eastpunk" action RPG Ghostlore on PC Game Preview, as well as 2D platformer Lapin, which will be playable on the cloud, console, and PC. Gothic adventure Norco is also coming to cloud and console on November 17th, so Thursday is a real embarrassment of riches if you're a Game Pass subscriber.
Four more games are coming to Xbox Game Pass before the end of November. Gungrave G.O.R.E. is a third-person action game that marries martial arts and shooter gameplay, and it's headed to Game Pass on day one of its release across PC, cloud, and consoles. On November 29th, you're getting multiplayer shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm and plucky indie sports RPG Soccer Story (which was announced ahead of time by Xbox itself, hilariously), and on November 30th, Vermintide followup Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is arriving on Game Pass.
In addition to these games, fifteen new titles have received full touch support, so if you're playing them on your phone, you'll be able to control them without an external peripheral. The games with new touch controls on Xbox Game Pass are as follows.
- Amnesia: Collection
- Amnesia: Rebirth
- Assassin's Creed Origins
- Assassin's Creed Odyssey
- DC League of Super Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace
- Disney Dreamlight Valley
- Football Manager 2023 Console
- Fuga: Melodies of Steel
- Ghost Song
- Immortals Fenyx Rising
- Opus: Echo of Starsong
- Pentiment
- Scorn
- Soma
- You Suck at Parking
Sad as it may be, this month will also see the departure of several games from Xbox Game Pass. Be sure to give these a playthrough before they leave, and remember that you can also pick them up at a discount via the Microsoft Store if you want to keep playing them.
- Archvale
- Deeeer Simulator
- Final Fantasy XIII-2
- Mind Scanners
- Mortal Shell
- Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator
- Undungeon
- Warhammer 40,000 Battlesector
It's a solid lineup this month, right? Although there may be nothing quite on the scale of Metal: Hellsinger, it still seems to be a pretty good time to be an Xbox Game Pass subscriber. You can sign up for the service here if you haven't already.
