The latest flurry of games added to Xbox Game Pass includes a brand new game launching tomorrow in As Dusk Falls, and older titles such as Torment: Tides of Numenera, Inside, MotoGP 22, Watch Dogs 2, and Ashes of Singularity: Escalation. There are also some new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks, 12 more games with newly added Xbox Touch Controls, and some games leaving at the end of the month. Let's get into them, shall we?

What's new with Xbox Game Pass in July 2022?

As Dusk Falls (Cloud, Console, and PC, July 19): is an interactive drama that will be available day one on Game Pass. The game starts in 1998 after a robbery gone wrong in small-town Arizona and explores the lives of two families over the course of three decades. Players will have to make choices for characters that will result in betrayal, sacrifice, and resilience. The story will be told across two books.

Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation (PC, July 19): Ashes is a massive real-time strategy title where players command armies on a dynamic battlefield. There are several single-player campaigns to conquer and multiplayer combat that can be enjoyed with friends.

Watch Dogs 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC, July 19): Players will play as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker living in San Francisco Bay Area. A huge and dynamic open world will give players many gameplay possibilities to launch the Hack of the Century and give power back to the people.

MotoGP 22 (Cloud, Console, and PC, July 21): This version of MotoGP will give players access to more than 120 riders, over 20 official circuits, and the excitement of the official championship to compete for.

Torment: Tides of Numenera (Cloud and Console, July 21): Players will explore Earth one billion years into the future in the science fantasy setting of Numenera. The Ninth World has been built on extinct and hyper-advanced civilizations, and players will be able to leave their one mark on it as they try to understand how much one life matters.

Inside (Cloud, Console, and PC, July 29): Players will be able to explore a dark, narrative-driven platformer that combines intense action with challenging puzzles. 

What else is coming to Xbox Game Pass?

The Minecraft: Swamp Dweller’s Bundle is coming on July 26th, which will give players a Muddy Sweater and Hoppin' emote. The Fall Guys: Coconut Milk costume will also be made available on August 2nd. Last but not least, players will receive access to the Century: Age of Ashes – Krød Slaglands Dragon Bundle on August 2nd, which will give players the Krød Slaglands dragon, its Nightfiend armor, the Skeldian Relic Player Icon, and a 3-Day XP Booster.

What's leaving Xbox Game Pass in July 2022?

There are a few games leaving Xbox Game Pass on July 31st, so if you are in the process of beating them or have had them on your to-do list you should act fast. They are:

  • Katamari Damacy Reroll (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Lumines Remastered (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Omno (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Raji: An Ancient Epic (Cloud, Console, and PC)
