At Microsoft's E3 2019 press conference their console streaming cloud service Project xCloud was shown off. Project xCloud will allow you to use your Xbox as your own cloud server to enable you to play your games anywhere. The Project xCloud service will allow you to stream games to anywhere you are to the game, your phone, tablets, and PC included.

Microsoft also mentioned that E3 attendees would be getting a first look at the power of the Project xCloud and its capabilities to play major games on mobile platforms through the system:

The Xbox E3 Briefing also marked a new milestone for Project xCloud, with E3 2019 attendees being among the first in the world to play Xbox One games like Halo 5: Guardians and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice streaming on smartphones and tablets. With Project xCloud, Xbox is investing to ensure players have the choice and freedom to play the games they want, with the friends they want, how and where they want.
The Project xCloud service will be released into a preview this coming October, no exact date just yet, with a full launch coming later. After that, the service will move forward towards a full launch, and with Project Scarlett coming Holiday 2020 having Project xCloud fully up and running before then is more than likely a priority for Microsoft.

Project xCloud seems to be Microsoft's answer to Google Stadia and it's similar game streaming capabilities. There is still no release date or information on whether the Project xCloud service will come with an additional price tag, or if it will just be included with the normal Xbox Live service. Until Microsoft gives us a few more details, all we can do is speculate and think of the many different ways the service will allow us to game in the future.
