At their E3 2019 press conference, Microsoft showed off gameplay of the new Battletoads.  The game will come complete with 3 players couch co-op, exciting beat-em-up action, and the return of the much-loved hoverbikes.

The original toads, Rash, Zitz, and Pimple are back in this brand new adventure packed with action, co-op fun with friends, and epic boss battles. The drop-in, drop-out gameplay will allow you to play any way you want whether that be with friends or solo. While the classic action-packed, side-scrolling gameplay is still there, a bunch of new gameplay mechanics has also been introduced for this installment. The new morph attacks will allow the Battletoads to literally morph their limbs into various weapons to use against enemies, like maces, drillbit, and much more. Each of the Battletoads has their own unique gameplay style to utilize and can be combined when playing with your friends to pull off exciting combinations of moves and attacks.

Battletoads will also be coming to the Xbox Game Pass at launch, but no launch date has been revealed just yet.
