Renowned Polish developer CD Project Red has announced the PC system requirements, for their upcoming open-world RPG 'The Witcher 3'. The Witcher 3 will be the final chapter in the RPG series, which is based on the literary works of Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski.
CD Project Red was originally aiming for a late 2014 release, but chose to push it back to a February 2015 release, recently delaying the game again, and it is now scheduled for release on the 19th of May, 2015. The Witcher 3 is definitely one of the most anticipated games of 2015, and for good reason. The first 2 Witcher games were very well received and well-loved by gamers.
CD Project Red will be looking to continue their success, with the last game in series being the most ambitious one yet, featuring an open world and 36 different endings. CD Project Red also recently announced that there will be a second playable protagonist, in addition to the series' main character Geralt of Rivia. The character is called Ciri, and will supposedly be critical to the plot of the game. Quoting our article on the announcement of the second playable protagonist, " Ciri will have her own set of skills and a more agile fighting style compared to the much stronger, slower combat of Geralt. She also has the ability to “blink” or teleport during combat."
