Microsoft has released names and controller patterns for the selected contest winners involving the Xbox One controller design contest that started a few months back.
The grand prize winner of $1,000 has been handed out to a Michael located in the US for his controller design entitled “Reverie.” In addition to the nice chunk of change, Michael will receive 5 Xbox One controllers along with his design undertaking evaluation by Microsoft to be considered for physical production for limited release.
The people’s choice winner (and my personal favorite), entitled “Anger Management”, was provided by Chad, who will receive $750 for his notable controller concept.
There are also 9 first prize winners who will collect $500 each for their noteworthy controllers that surpassed other entrants.
Finally, there was a Best Use of Fresh Paint winner bestowed upon a Ronnie for a design which incorporated a hummingbird. Ronnie will be awarded a $150 gift certificate to CanvasPop.com and a Sensu Digital Artist Brush & Stylus.
