Paradox Interactive revealed their Collector's Edition for Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 in a brand new trailer. Aside from the trailer just being an extended version of one that was shown before, though the snippets of new content was fun to see, the big eye-catcher came from the goodies found in this Collector's Edition.
This pricey version of the game will include the game (obviously), and a special steelbook case for the disc. It will also include the original soundtrack on a 7-inch vinyl. The soundtrack was composed by Rik Schaffer, who also composed the score for the original Bloodlines, including its iconic moody main theme. This Collector's Edition includes a map of the city of Seattle marked with various points of interest. In terms of digital content, this game includes pre-order DLC for Bloodlines 2 which include costumes and looks for your character, titled the First Blood Pack and Unsanctioned Blood Pack respectfully, as well as the Season of the Wolf content pass. Fans of the original tabletop RPG will also be getting a downloadable version of the 5th Edition Vampire: The Masquerade RPG in PDF format.
But the biggest draw for this undoubtedly pricey Collector's Edition is the 28cm resin statue depicting the sultry likeness of one of Bloodlines 2's newest characters, the vampire Seeker known as Elif. You can pre-order this Collector's Edition right now on Paradox Interactive's website. It will set you back $169 dollars, but if you need a certain vampire mantlepiece, that statue will do just fine
Certain hardcore fans of the 2004 original Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines by Troika Interactive will also be delighted to see the return of vampire anarchist Damsel in the latest trailer. It does end with her pointing a shotgun at your head, but when it comes to the cutthroat nature of the World of Darkness, she can't really be blamed.
