Original Story below
Humble Bundle, the popular game bundle seller, has announced a new bundle in their "Humble Jumbo Bundle" line. This bundle offers gamers the opportunity to donate money to either the Wikimedia Foundation or the AbleGamers charity, or a third charity of their choice (via the PayPal Giving Fund) in exchange for their donation tier’s games. The Humble Tip also allows gamers to show their appreciation for the bundle as well as the work the Humble Bundle team does in putting it together. Finally, you can choose to give some (or all) to developers and split it up however you want between the developers.
All of the games offered in the Humble Jumbo Bundle 8 are available on Steam, and of the games revealed to be a part of the promotion so far, four are DRM free.
So, just what games do you get? Paying what you want gets you the following three games:
- Valhalla Halls, developed by Funatics and published by Daedalic Entertainment.
- Legends of Eisenwald, developed and published by Aterdux Entertainment.
- The Journey Down 1 + 2 Bundle, developed and published by SkyGoblin.
- Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide, developed and published by Fatshark.
- Jotun, developed and published by Thunder Lotus Games.
- Turmoil, developed and published by Gamious.
- Further undisclosed games, the details of which will be made available in one week.
- Verdun, developed and published by Blackmill Games and M2H Game Studio.
There is also a bit of bonus content available to unlock at the different tiers; paying $1 or more unlocks a coupon for 10% off the Humble Monthly subscription for new subscribers, and beating the average donation gets you Turmoil's soundtrack.
Humble Jumbo Bundle 8 will be running until March 21, 2017.
