The COVID-19 situation got everyone sitting at home, and video games are probably the easiest way to spend your time, just grinding out your favorite game and getting better at it. Although tons of titles got delayed due to the difficult working circumstances, we got the likes of Riot Games' Valorant and other titles releasing as well. The World Health Organization's #PlayApartTogether campaign promotes for people to stay at home and enjoy their favorite video game, and Twitch is chiming in with their part.
Twitch Prime is a subscription-based service that gives you incentives, including access to emotes and tons of free games and in-game loot to countless multiplayer and single-player titles.
The company announced the popular mobile MOBA, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, will receive exclusive Twitch drops from now until May 5th. You can easily claim the free loot through the streaming service's website. The loot gives you multiple 7-day access to heroes so you can try them out and maybe unlock the ones you like after the limited access expires. As a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, it is not the fanciest of gifts, but it is definitely something to keep the time going.
Yono & the Celestial Elephants and Old School Musical are the two free games for the week. Yono & the Celestial Elephants is currently available, and challenges players to solve "carefully designed puzzles, treasure hunts, and
a sprinkling of combat." While starting from Friday, April 24, Old School Musical, "a wacky musical adventure that takes you on a tour of all your favorite retro games." There is still time for Twitch Prime members to claim their lineup for free games.
Update: PR Folks for Amazon contacted us and informed us that due to a change, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang twitch drops would be available through May 5th, instead of April 27th. The story above has been updated with that information.
