Sega has announced the Total War: Warhammer 3 release date. You'll be able to get your hands on the game in late February next year, and if you're an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, you can play it via Microsoft's service on PC on day one.
When is the Total War: Warhammer 3 release date?
Per a Sega press release, the Total War: Warhammer 3 release date is February 17th. It was originally slated for release in 2021, but was delayed earlier this year in order to ensure a more polished game and avoid a "rush to the finish line". Now, it looks like Sega is ready to unleash the final instalment in its Total War: Warhammer trilogy, and there's a little bonus in it for you if you pre-order the game or buy it within its first week on sale as well.
Picking up Total War: Warhammer 3 during its first week on release will net you the Ogre Kingdoms Race Pack. This Total War: Warhammer 3 DLC adds the Ogre Kingdoms and two Legendary Lords, Greasus Goldtooth and Skrag the Slaughterer, into the game's campaign. If you love Warhammer, it's worth watching the reveal trailer for this one, as it features a pretty fun little musical sequence to sing along to.
