Developer tinyBuild has announced a spinoff of its wildly popular home invasion horror game Hello Neighbor. Titled Hello Guest, it'll be fully revealed this Saturday as part of an event tinyBuild is hosting.
Right now, we don't know a huge amount about Hello Guest. The game's official website shows off its creepy dimly-lit forest setting, as well as a birdlike enemy who will chase you around said forest. The devs are describing it as a "stealth horror thriller", so it's likely to be similar to Hello Neighbor in gameplay terms. We'll learn more about the game during the official reveal event on June 13th. You can check out the official teaser-slash-announcement trailer for Hello Guest right here:
Hello Guest will be revealed at tinyBuild's "non-E3" event
The event at which Hello Guest will be revealed is being described by tinyBuild as a "non-E3 non-press conference". The studio says the event will feature game announcements, new demos, and the full reveal of Hello Guest. You'll be able to tune in this Saturday at 5 pm ET, although tinyBuild says the exact time is subject to change. Along with the reveal of Hello Guest, tinyBuild says you'll be able to get your hands on a demo version of the game starting from the same day.
This is just one of many "non-E3" events that gaming companies are holding in the next couple of weeks. The official E3 event was canceled back in March due to the coronavirus pandemic. In lieu of E3, events such as the Guerrilla Collective showcase, the upcoming PC Gaming Show, and EA's Play presentation will all be held entirely digitally this year. If you want to tune into tinyBuild's Hello Guest reveal event, you can do so this Saturday on the studio's official YouTube channel at 5 PM Eastern.
