Rockstar Games have released a new update for Grand Theft Auto Online, the multiplayer portion of Grand Theft Auto V. This new update sees the debut of Tiny Racers, a new adversary mode featuring the camera perspective straight from the franchise's storied beginnings.

Tiny Racers channels the spirit of classic GTA titles with a shifting, bird’s-eye perspective designed to bring you a new flavor of vehicle combat. Up to four players can duke it out for the top spot across seven new courses with just one rule: Don’t blow up. Fall too far behind first place and your tiny car goes boom.Scattered around the mode's tracks, players will find a variety of power-ups to use against the enemy players while simultaneously dodging the other players' attacks. Because falling too far behind the pack is an automatic death sentence, you'll have to use these power-ups to make sure you leave your enemies as far behind as you possibly can.
Like Rockstar always does when they release a new mode for Grand Theft Auto Online, you'll be able to accrue twice the amount of money and Reputation Points while playing this mode. Note that this event will only last a short while, so make sure to play a few rounds to get more money in less time.

If you log into Grand Theft Auto Online at any point between now and April 30, you will become eligible for a 'Tax Refund' bonus. If you log in before the event is over, you'll receive the hefty sum of $425.000 dollars for you to use however you please. This digital tax break will be deposited into your Maze bank account at some point during the month of May.
Have you played the new mode yet? What did you think of it? Do you already have a new purchase in mind for when the tax bonus gets released?
