The first Bloodborne expansion was announced entitled The Old Hunters. It is focused on the story of legendary hunters mentioned only briefly in Bloodborne so far.

There weren't a lot of specifics given on what it will bring to the table, but some gameplay elements are shown off in the above trailer. It will be released November 24th, with a base game + The Old Hunters version coming December 3rd.

A post on the playstation blog gives a few more details, however. You will "experience the nightmare of the hunters who once guarded Byrgenwerth’s darkest secrets" in the new expansion. It is set in a "nightmare world where hunters from the past are trapped forever."

There will be new areas to explore, more rewards, and new beasts to take down as well. Expect to find new outfits, weapons, as well as more magic to wield to give variety to the combat.

Gravity Rush 1 was confirmed to be coming to Playstation 4 December 10th. The remaster announced earlier this year will make it just before the year is out in Japan and will include all three original DLC packs for the game. This blog post seems to suggest North America should see it February 9th, 2016. There will be a limited collector's edition as well, which includes a figurine

Gravity Rush 2 was announced for Playstation 4 and coming next year. No real details on the title were offered. One would expect to hear more throughout the Tokyo Games Show.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMw_E_s4Y74

A remake to the original Yakuza will be coming to Playstation 4 and 3 January 21st of 2016 in Japan only at the moment. SEGA spoke on stage about the limitations of the Playstation 2 holding back what they wanted the original Yakuza to be, but now feel as though their original vision can be realized.

Yakuza 6 was announced as well as an exclusive for Playstation 4, which should be coming Fall of 2016. It's not clear if that was Japan only or worldwide. However, seeing as Yakuza 5 was only just announced to be released to the rest of the world this year, with no release date, it would not be a surprise to have that be the Japan only window.

Nioh is a game announced over a decade ago, with very little news about it since then. Now it has been announced for release exclusively on the Playstation 4 in 2016.

It was supposed to be an original release on the Playstation 3 a long time ago and is based on an unfinished script from the legendary Akira Kurosawa, entitled Oni. The film made by Kurosawa's son was also supposed to debut beside the game, but there has been no news on that either.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvXH6s4ub5M

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTMKRTJG7po

Kingdom Hearts II.8 will follow the trend of 1.5 and 2.5 by including three titles. First, II.8 will feature an HD remaster of Dream Drop Distance. Also included will be scenes from Kingdom Hearts: Unchained called Black Cover, which will reveal more of the series' history by showing the story of the Foretellers. This will be an HD movie covering that time frame, which will connect the earliest parts of the series' history. Finally, a completely new part of the story will be included called Birth By Sleep 0.2, which will take place after Birth By Sleep and told from Aqua's perspective.

Kingdom Hearts II.8 will be released for the Playstation 4 sometime in 2016.  The official trailer for the game will release on the Kingdom Hearts YouTube channel Sept 17th.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OrZxG2Io6A

Danganronpa 3 was announced for the Playstation 4 and Vita. They didn't offer much more other than it has been in development. Expect more to come soon, as the trailer above implies. It appears to be  a return to Danganronpa 1 and 2's visual novel detective style after Danganronpa: Another Episode went in a different direction. They said to expect something unexpected very soon.

Dragon Quest Builders

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44_aErsbnxA

We had a decent look at the Minecraft-like game Dragon Quest Builders not too long ago. Now comes a new trailer and release date of January 28th in Japan, however a western release is still unconfirmed at this time. They did show more RPG elements than many of the Minecraft-like builders and called it a Blockbuilding RPG.

Project Setsuna

https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=18&v=BlykTi7QAeo

Prokect Setsuna was just shown in that quick teaser above with no discussion on it during this conference. One should expect to hear more about it whenever Square Enix decides to talk on it more.

One thing we do know, though, is that it is a pretty good looking game. It also seems to feature an overworld like the RPGs of old and has what looks like turn-based combat that, only guessing, seems to be take place wherever you encounter the enemy, like Chrono Trigger, instead of random encounters or sending you to a specific battle screen.

Expect more on the title in the coming days as the trailer says it has an early 2016 release date.

Project Morpheus, now Playstation VR

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PonNTt365Dc

Project Morpheus has been making the rounds and now has its official name: Playstation VR. They didn't offer much more than the trailer above and the official name.

Playstation 4 Price Drop in Japan

They ended the conference with an announcement that the Playstation 4 will be dropping price in Japan to the equivalent of about $50. There is no announcement about the rest of the world getting a price drop, but it if it is similar to the drop here, the new price for the Playstation 4 in North America could be $350. Again, they haven't said so, but if this price drop expands beyond Japan, that is likely what it will be.

That is pretty much everything from the conference, which you can watch fully yourself here. Let us know if there was anything big we missed in the comments!

What did you think of Sony's press conference at Tokyo Game Show 2015?
