Hideo Kojima showed off a new trailer for his upcoming game Death Stranding. While the cinematic doesn't show off any new gameplay, it is the longest trailer we have gotten for the game thus far.
The trailer features Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead), who presumably is the game's main character.
We also saw some of the game's potential enemies, which appear to be giant shadow-like creatures that leave hand prints where they walk and kill their victims by drowning them in oil or lifting them into the sky. They also seem to make people age incredibly fast.
The baby that we have seen from previous Death Stranding trailers also made a return, this time appearing in some kind of artificial-looking sack/womb and also (seemingly) inside Norman Reedus himself.
In typical Hideo Kojima fashion, the trailer also showcased many other things and set pieces that were hard to track in just this trailer, but will probably make more sense when it comes out.
Death Stranding is being developed by Kojima Productions and will available on PlayStation 4. A release date was not announced.
