Indie publisher Curve Digital and developer Echo Chamber Games managed to strike a partnership with the NHS Blood and Transplant foundation for a good cause. The studio revealed the foundation's ‘What’s Your Type?’ Valentine’s Campaign will feature in their upcoming physic-based dating simulator, Table Manners. This is the first time the NHS ventures into the gaming world, but they are in need for your help. The organization is trying to reach a wider audience, and the need for blood is always present. Packs of blood are used to save patients, save victims of burns, car crashes and even to treat patients with cancer.
Simon Byron, Publishing Director at Curve Digital, expressed his pride in the partnership. He continued to talk more about the reason behind it was to give the NHS Blood and Transplant foundation a new platform to send their message on. Table Manners will feature an in-game Give Blood message, as well as pushing the campaign throughout the remaining days before the title's official release. Not only that, whoever hops on Facebook and Twitter to give the Give Blood NHS foundation a follow gets a chance to win one of 100 digital copies of the game.
