Surviving the Aftermath

The first Surviving the Aftermath expansion, New Alliances, will launch on June 16 for PC for 14.99 USD / 11.99 GBP/ 14.99 EUR. In it, players will be able to form a post-apocalyptic federation and unite the societies of the Wasteland by providing safety and resources. Also launching with the Surviving the Aftermath expansion is the Forgotten Tracks Radio Pack, which will be available for 3.99 USD/ 2.89 GBP/ 3.99 EUR.

What else can I do in the Surviving the Aftermath DLC?

Players will be able to go beyond their settlement for the first time to influence other societies in the Wasteland. The World Map is also expanded and will now account for how beasts and bandits react to your choices. Players can even take over strategic locations if they want, which sounds pretty cool.

Players will also be able to interact with societies by maintaining their reputation or else risk creating more rivals that they'll have to compete against. Specialists will be able to go on covert missions and influence the world through sabotage, theft, espionage, and propaganda, but if the player fails, there will be devastating consequences.

New Alliances allows us to dive deeper into the Dynamic World Map and lets our players get creative with how they interact with other societies. This is a major milestone for Surviving the Aftermath that goes beyond the colony and adds more strategic depth to the Wasteland,” said Lasse Liljedahl, Game Director for Surviving the Aftermath. “We are continuing to listen to our players and improve Surviving the Aftermath’s gameplay with more features and expanding the game’s mechanics. Our community has been absolutely crucial to Surviving the Aftermath’s ongoing development and New Alliances brings in features that players have been eagerly anticipating.”
