Mythology themed MOBA SMITE has a new dungeon RPG recently revealed by Hi-Rez Studios. The new adventure is called The Trials of King Hercules and is a classic MMO dungeon experience. Gods and Goddesses will go on a different type of adventure as they explore, fight and loot their way through this new dungeon. Take a look at the reveal trailer below.

This new dungeon is part of Hi-Rez’s new adventure series which offers limited time game modes in SMITE. A 3 player PVE dungeon, The Trials of King Hercules is the 3rd of these new game modes to join the game and will be open to players of all levels. Get your start at a town hub where quests can be accepted and townsfolk offer equipment and buffs to buy. Head into the dungeon to complete quests and defeat enemies to earn gold and earn equipable items.

Project Lead on SMITE Adventures, Travis Brown explains the new dungeon RPG,

We are extremely excited to bring a full dungeon experience to SMITE players for the first time ever. The Trials of King Hercules is our most detailed SMITE Adventure to date with unique methods of progression, quests, mobs, bosses, and loot drops. If you ever wondered what it would be like to take your favorite SMITE gods on an RPG dungeon adventure now is the time to live that fantasy.
Success in the dungeon will require coordinated teamwork. Teams can be comprised from over 70 gods to take on formidable bosses. A hard mode can be unlocked allowing players to face the Lernaean Hydra as the final boss fight granting the highest in-game rewards for defeating it.

The RPG dungeon, Trials of King Hercules is available in patches 4.10 and 4.11 of SMITE now. You can learn more about the new adventure at the official site  here.
