The Sims 4 High School Years is the latest in a long line of expansions for the fourth incarnation of The Sims franchise. High School Years will allow players to join a club, start a trend, attend class, and generally be a high school student when it launches on July 28, 2022, for $39.99.

What else can I expect from The Sims 4 High School Years?

The latest Sims 4 DLC will give players the opportunity to be a high school student again. Players can attend prom, pull pranks, experiment with identity and trends, and form both friendships and rivalries at extracurricular events. Teen sims can even earn money by becoming streamers or style influencers, which is pretty amusing.

Other things players can do is get to know their teachers, hang out in the cafeteria, and decorate their locker. There's also homework to be completed, lifelong friends to be made, and puberty to experience. Players can ask out their crush or even play hooky, but watch out, because if they are caught by the principal then they'll be in big doodoo.

Having a messy bedroom is part of the teenager experience.

If players buy the expansion through September 8th they'll receive Vibing Streamer Gear, which will give players the opportunity to transform their bedroom with a new gaming chair, LED panels, and a wireless speaker. So, if that sounds like something you're into, be sure to hop right on that before school is back in session IRL.
